Hi,

the complete stuff - uploaded, written etc. - on this page is based on the legal copyright.

That means that you need the agreement of the copyright owners for ANY use!

But:
You allow any member of v-band.de / virtual-musician.com to add or modify any part you wrote or uploaded for collaboration under the condition that any author keep you informed with the result (e.g. with uploading and posting the new track on v-band.de / virtual-musician.com).

You could use a song where you added an instrument, lyrics or vocals for non-commercial use (also displaying/upload on any website) as soon as:

1) The song is placed in the "Open Collaboration" Section

2) The author has no General Agreement posted.

3) You asked the authors by PM, E-Mail (if available) or with a reply to the project and received no answer within 7 days.

Take care that general agreements or copyright infomation's placed in the project thread follows this priority:

1) Copyright information's placed in the project
2) General Member Agreement
3) v-band.de collaboration rules
4) Legal Copyright

Any further use is just allowed with the agreement of all involved artists!

You allow v-band.de / virtual-musician.com to place your uploaded and written parts - which are posted in the "Open collaboration" section (and just there) - to use them on any fixed section of v-band.de / virtual-musician.com (e.g. at the featured songs, featured project, podcast radio show, RSS feeds etc.) under the condition that we name all involved artists by their v-band.de username or full name if provided in the members profile.
 
For any further use your agreement is required.

If you would like to upload and post a file which is based on the Creative Commons License, e.g. when you transfer a file from another forum, you must:

1) Write in your post that the track is based on Creative Commons License
2) Name all authors who worked on the track
3) Set a link to the license conditions at creativecommons.org

Don't upload any file if the copyright is not clear to you, or you don't have the rights to do that.
